When Exchange is Applicable

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide an exchange for the same product only.

  • To claim an exchange, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damage at the time of opening the package.

  • Without proper video proof, we will not be able to process your request.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are valid only for damaged/defective items.

  • Products cannot be exchanged for a different product or variant.

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
